Shipping costs

Shipping is always free with us, on every order, regardless of the amount.

When is my order shipped?

Order before 8:00 PM on a business day and your package goes out the same day. Order after that, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, and we ship it the next business day. We process orders in the order they come in.

How long does delivery take?

Netherlands: on average 1 to 3 business days
Belgium: on average 2 to 4 business days

These timeframes are an estimate: busy periods at the carrier, weekends, or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

How do I track my package?

Our delivery partner delivers your order. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code from us so you can follow exactly where it is.

My package is damaged or hasn't arrived

If something goes wrong along the way, we'll sort it out together. Contact our customer service as soon as you notice a problem — we'll look for a solution right away.

Entered the wrong address?

Always double-check your delivery address before checking out, it prevents delays. If we need to reship a package due to an incorrect address, we may charge the additional shipping costs.
