Returns

Return period

Having second thoughts? You have 14 days after receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason, and then another 14 days to actually return the product.

Conditions for a return

At home, you're welcome to take a good look at your suitcase and try it out, the way you would in a shop: open it, look inside, roll it a short distance across the floor. What isn't allowed without affecting your refund: actually taking the suitcase on a trip. Travel use — checking it in, handling on different surfaces, exposure to weather — often leaves marks, particularly on the wheels and corners. If we find those marks on a return, we'll deduct a reduction in value from your refund, even if you're still within the return period.

What does a return cost?

The shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense. We mention this upfront on purpose, so you can factor it in when you order.

How to register a return

Please contact our customer service first to register your return. You'll then receive the return address and clear shipping instructions. Returning a package without registering it first may delay processing.

When will I get my money back?

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used. This happens within 14 days after you registered the return, or after you provided proof of shipment.

How to pack your return

Return the suitcase in its original box, with all included parts and accessories. If something is missing, or the packaging isn't complete, this may affect the value deduction applied. Unfortunately, we can't always accept products that are damaged from use, incomplete, or that weren't registered beforehand.
