What is the return policy?

Not satisfied? Suitcase damaged? We want to know. You can return your order within 30 days, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us via the contact form and we'll take care of the rest. We'll do our best to work out a good solution together.

Does the Carry-On Suitcase comply with hand luggage rules?

Our Carry-On suitcases (55x37.5x22 cm / 4.05 kg) comply with the hand luggage dimensions of most major European airlines (KLM, Ryanair, EasyJet).

Always check your airline's specific rules, as these vary by flight and ticket type.

Does the Check-In Suitcase comply with checked baggage rules?

Our Check-In suitcases (Size M 65.5x42.5x24 cm / 4.6 kg) are designed as checked baggage, not hand luggage. They do comply with the dimensions of major European airlines.

Always check your airline's specific rules, as these vary by flight and ticket type.

What locks do the suitcases have?

Each suitcase has two separate TSA-approved locks, for double security. TSA-approved means US customs can inspect your suitcase with a master key without having to force or break the lock.

What kind of wheels do the suitcases have?

Our suitcases feature 360° spinner wheels with a rubber edge, for a smooth and quiet ride.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on all suitcases. We only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes an average of 2-3 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace link by email.

Will my suitcase get scratched?

Aluminum may show light signs of use after intensive use — that's the nature of the material. But honestly, it adds to the character.

What it won't do: break or crack.
That's the difference between aluminum and plastic as a material choice.

What are the warranty terms?

We offer a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Wheels not working? Problem with the lock? Contact us and we'll fix it. What's not covered by warranty: normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by third parties such as baggage handling.

Damage sustained during transport or travel is not covered by the warranty. This type of damage must be reported directly to the carrier involved. Your travel insurance often covers this type of damage too.
